The curriculum of SFA is structured so that each student can begin at his own level of ability and can progress through the program by testing in and out of the appropriate classes. Each level of study is entered by answering 80% of the questions on a basic Bible knowledge quiz.
Performance on the introductory quiz at each level allows placement and registration in classes in that particular level. On the first day of each class, students will be given an overview pre-test exam that surveys the material that will be covered in that class. Usually the exam will include approximately 50 short answer questions. This pre-test will again be given at the end of the course as the final post-test exam.
Grading will be based on the percentage of correctly completed questions on the post-test exam, in addition to other class requirements consisting of two 3 page papers, one 12 page paper, 250 pages of collateral reading and 80% attendance at classes including make-up classes.
